LightSword Alarm Clock 0.85
Use this utility to remind you of tasks throughout the day. It can be
configured to act on any given time of day or at the end of a countdown. It supports
display of a reminder message, playing sounds, and running a system command displaying the output.

Special Notes
The "sound command" option has no effect in the windows version.
In Windows, the execute command option only runs DOS/NT commands.
The manager utility is not included in the Windows version due to how it works by Unix signalling.
I use this program all the time and it is very reliable.
